What are the hours can I work out? 

​

The facility is open daily from 4:30 AM to 11:00 PM, 365 days a year. This includes all weekends and holidays, ensuring you never have to miss a workout.

Do you offer day passes?


We do not offer day passes or drop-in access. Access to the facility is reserved for members only.
 

What are the addresses for your two locations?

How do I check in to the facility?


To access the gym, members must download the GymMaster Member app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device for door access. You are also required to upload a clear profile selfie within the app for identity verification.

How do I schedule a tour of the facility?


We would love to show you around! Tours are available by appointment only Monday through Friday 2PM to 8PM. Please contact our management team to schedule your visit.

Can I let a friend in or allow someone to follow me through the door?


No. For the safety of all members, you must only scan yourself into the building. Do not allow others to follow you in ("tailgating") or grant entry to friends. All guests must be authorized by staff in advance.

What is the policy regarding gym bags?


To keep the training floor clear of tripping hazards and maintain a safe workout space, gym bags are not permitted in the exercise areas. Please utilize the lockers provided for all personal belongings.

What are the expectations for equipment and cleanliness?


We take pride in maintaining a premium facility. We ask that all members adhere to the following:

  • Rack Your Weights: Return all dumbbells, barbells, and plates to their designated racks immediately after use.

  • Clear the Floors: Keep all cable attachments and loose equipment off the floor to ensure member safety.

  • Sanitize Equipment: Use the provided disinfectant wipes to wipe down every piece of equipment, bench, or machine after you have finished your set.

  • General Cleanliness: If you make a mess, please clean it up immediately to maintain a sanitary environment for everyone.
